    • Case History: 10 days old HF Calf with history of severe anemia and hemoglobinuria. Blood smear found heavy positive for Babesia bigemia infection. Necropsy revealed marked icterus, splenomegaly and urinary bladder fully distended with around 1400 ml dark coffee colored urine. Images showing Kidneys with dark red port wine/coffee color discoloration which also can be attributed as pigment nephropathy (Left) & Dark red port wine/coffee colored urine recovered from urinary bladder during necropsy (Right).
