    • This uncommon lesion of dogs may be seen at any level of the central nervous system and generally manifests as a leptomeningeal plaque of meningothelial cells which extend from the subarachnoid space along the perivascular spaces and often into underlying parenchyma. The development of this condition is unknown; progressive malformative lesions as well as hamartoma has been proposed.
