    • The caudal abdomen is a common site for this particular neoplasm in this species. These tumors often seak serum, and have the gross appearance of extnsive bruising of the abdomen "like the animal was run over by a car" The HE appearance is characteristic, and neoplastic cells are positive for PROX-1 (prospero homeobox gene-1), and variably positive for CD-31 and Factor VIII.
